Dr. Awada accepts the following health insurance plans:
- We accept most all patient insurance coverage available in the Metro-Detroit area including Medicare.
- Medicaid is accepted.

Payment Policy
Payment of Co-pays & Deductibles is expected the same day that services are rendered. Payment is accepted in the following ways:
- Cash,
- Check,
- Money Order,
- Debit Card,
- Visa,
- MasterCard and
- Discover Card.
**There is a fee of $25 for any returned check**
We reserve the right to refuse treatment, unless emergent, if payment is not received.
