We are hosting a new location in Warren at 30801 Schoenherr Road (13 Mile and Schoenherr adjacent to McDonald's) at Premier Health and Wellness Center. This is now home to the second location for Midwest Family Practice in Warren at 12640 12 Mile where our new physician Dr. Luis Collazo will be practicing.
The new Premier Health and Wellness Center offers state of the art medical services including our new Midwest Family Practice second facility, a Retail Pharmacy with Drive thru, Mail Order and delivery services right to your doorsteps. Premier Cardiac Center offering state of the art cardiac imaging modalities as well as Premier Sleep Center for patients who may have sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. Dr. Awada's sister, Dr. Monica Assad has developed an all digital state of the art facility at Sparkle Dental Office to serve all of your dental needs. Metroplex Pain Management and Complete Physical Therapy Services are available onsite for chronic pain management and Physical therapy for arthritis and various forms of musculoskeletal and neurological disorders with Evan Shapiro MD and Lisa Szostakowski DPT. Specialized Strengthening and Expert Weight Loss programs are featured as special services. Cafe' Jole' is a new wave 'inter-continental' Middle-Eastern Cuisine serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a Complete Raw Juice and Fresh Smoothie Bar that will spark the interest of our patrons.
